Dr. Chad Lakey serves as WORD Fellowship's Senior Pastor and Shepherd. He has a burning desire for Jesus Christ and for Word Fellowship! He embraces strong Biblical views, and encourages the idea of an active faith through service missions, where Christians should be excited to share the needs of others.  Dr. Lakey takes worship and preaching very seriously, as well as his work counseling. He is also passionate about his beloved bride, their four children, and working with his hands.

Dennis DeLong serves as Youth Pastor for WORD Fellowship.  He has a great love for Jesus Christ, his wife, and teenagers. He enjoys serving and engaging with people. One of his goals has always been to equip teenagers with a firm foundation in Christ while also introducing them to the joy of worship. Dennis has been married for 25 years,  and enjoys disc golf, anything involving sports, Xbox, hanging out with friends, and his two dogs and cat.
