Our Service Ministries: Serving with Purpose

Signs posted above each door heading out of WORD Fellowship read, “Now Entering the Mission Field.” We take this message to heart, as we believe strongly that the love of Jesus Christ cannot and should not be confined to the four walls of our church building. Instead, we minister in our local community, realizing there’s true, tangible value when our Heavenly Father guides our hands and feet in service. These service ministries are not just our duty, but our blessed opportunity to share Christ’s love using our talents and resources! WORD Fellowship maintains several on-going, in-house service ministries, and we work with and support other local Christian-based ministries that reflect our goal of sharing Christ’s love. We chose each of these with great composure and consideration, and each one is dear to WORD Fellowship.

Perhaps one (or more) may speak to your heart, and you would like to join us as we share God’s love and try to make a difference in our community. We certainly invite you to do so! Outside of these on-going service ministries, we stay primed to respond as needs arise, like in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, willing to serve fervently and in whatever capacity God directs.
